Since Flex Technologies inception in 1975, extrusion has been the center of our expertise. We specialize in standard tubing and profile extrusions over a broad spectrum of thermoplastic materials and sizes up to a 2” outside diameter. Our capabilities include the ability to produce braided, flat-wrap, and lay-wire reinforced conduit in a wide range of sizes, material combinations, and types of construction.

Located in Midvale, OH (1-1/2 hours South of Cleveland), we are positioned to provide our customers with short lead times and close working partnerships. Our in-house machine shop capabilities allow us to quickly produce prototype and production tooling to exacting specifications.

Flex Technologies is a supplier of custom plastic injection molded parts to a wide array of industries. We are eager to meet any design challenge since problem solving is an area where we excel. We offer close tolerance, high quality, plastic parts and employ strict quality control procedures and statistical controls throughout our injection molding process. Our presses range in size from 75 – 310 Ton.

Centrally located in Lafayette, Tennessee (1 hour North of Nashville), we are positioned to allow for close working partnerships with our customers. Our in-house machine shop capabilities are a valuable asset as we can offer rapid turn around times for both prototype and production tooling.

FUEL VAPOR CANISTER
Flex Technologies introduces our new Carbon Canister that is designed to collect, store, and dispose of fuel vapors created in the fuel tank/fuel system. Our Carbon Canister ultimately reduces the amount of hydrocarbons released into the atmosphere.
